Crystallisation Unit 

Agent for sugar crystallization "Ester K 01" is used in the process of sugar crystallization in the initial stage of the massecuite boiling. The adding of crystallization's agent to the vacuum pan are recommended to make with rate of over-saturation sugar solution at 1,25.....1,35.

Before applying crystallization's agent should be stirred up for until all the solids had settled to the bottom of the vessel will not appear in the suspended state.

Until all gravitated to the bottom particulate materials, spread evenly by weight of liquid part of agent.

Agent for sugar crystallization "Ester K 011" is used in the process of sugar crystallization in the initial stage of the massecuite boiling. The adding of crystallization's agent to the vacuum pan are recommended to make with rate of over-saturation sugar solution at 1,25.....1,35.

This form does not require pre-mixing.
